Martin Mitten is a solicitor and partner in our firm and he specialises wholly in all aspects of conveyancing from small leasehold properties through to large commercial conveyancing.

The firm is based in Brighton but represents conveyancing clients all over the country, indeed the world.

Martin Mitten and his support team are there to assist you in any area of conveyancing. As you may know there are essentially three areas, firstly leasehold properties, normally domestic, comprising flats and the like. There are then freehold purchases and sales of homes where the whole building is owned. There is then the commercial aspect where individuals, companies and partnerships buy and sell not only freehold properties but also leaseholds under the Landlord and Tenant legislation.
