On any conveyancing transaction you will probably want to make sure that the person actually dealing with your case is a specialist solicitor with long experience in conveyancing and you will also want to make sure that you are paying a confirmed and competitive price for the work.

We pride ourselves on our speed of response, which can often be a problem when unqualified conveyancers deal with very high volumes of work, which allows them to charger lower rates but means that they cannot respond to you with the speed you would expect.
